Jordan’s background as a motivated carpenter with over a decade of experience in the construction industry brings extreme leadership and dedication for building highly thought-out structures. With a keen eye for detail in framing and finishes, he ensures every project is delivered on time and as expected. He brings to the table an unmatched work ethic and commitment to mission accomplishment, derived from his years spent in the United States Marine Corps. He is very passionate about the industry.

He has a wife and a son that are at the center of his life. His hobbies include physical training, firing up the wood log smoker, wrestling with his son and dogs, and the great northern outdoors. His family can often be found on hiking trails near the great lakes, at the apple orchard or soaking up the sun in their backyard. He is considered the pit master amongst his friends and family, often hosting friendly gatherings.

Isaac Mansfield

Isaac is Minnesota born and raised. He has been a full time carpenter since 18, with 9 years of hands on experience in the industry. He opened his first company at 21, since then he has spent time mastering his craft and becoming a licensed general contractor. He began his journey in finish carpentry. Installing cabinets and millwork for 3 years. Since then, his focus on learning shifted into frame to finish carpentry on high end new construction and luxury additions, including many load bearing wall removals and full guts. He takes immense pride in being hands on from frame to finish, with a level of attention and care to ensure a well-executed result. There is no project that intimidates him as he is always excited for the opportunity to learn, apply the newest methods and utilize the newest quality products on market.

His greatest life accomplishment is his family. He is a husband and father to his first son. He enjoys all things outdoors. Whether that is a BBQ with the family or working with his wife to turn their acreage into a beautiful hobby farm. He loves his job because there is nothing better to him then completing an objective and seeing the look of appreciation and happiness on the customers face after he has turned their vision into a reality. He loves learning every day and aspires to continue growing into the best person, owner and husband he can be.
